Data controller
The data controller is the website publisher identified in the legal notice. For any question about your data, write to the email address shown there.
What we collect
We only collect what you send us through the inquiry form:
- your name
- your email address
- your phone number, if you choose to give it
- the journey you are interested in, your possible dates, the number of travellers and your budget, where those fields are offered
- the message you write
We use no cookies, no advertising pixels and no analytics tool. Your browsing is not tracked and no profile is built.
Your IP address is read when the form is submitted, solely to limit automated submissions to five per minute. It is held in memory for a moment and then discarded: it is never stored or linked to your inquiry.
Why we use it
This information is used only to answer you and to prepare a travel proposal. The legal basis is your consent, given through the form’s checkbox, together with pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
We do not sell or rent your data, and we will not add you to any mailing list unless you ask.
Where it goes
Your inquiry reaches us by email and stays in the team’s inbox. It is not written to any database or to our content management system.
Two technical providers are involved:
- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.), 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, United States — email delivery
- Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States — website hosting
Both companies are established in the United States, so sending your inquiry involves a transfer of data outside Morocco and outside the European Union, governed by each provider’s contractual commitments.
You also receive an automatic acknowledgement at the email address you gave us.
How long we keep it
Your data is kept for three years from our last exchange, then deleted. If your journey is confirmed, contract documents are kept for the legally applicable periods.
Your rights
You may at any time access, correct, erase, object to, restrict or port your data, and withdraw your consent.
To do so, write to the email address in the legal notice. We reply within thirty days. If you believe your rights are not respected, you may contact the Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel (CNDP) in Morocco, or the data protection authority of your country of residence if you live in the European Union.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. The form is protected against automated submissions, and access to inquiries is limited to the team members who answer them.
Changes
This policy may change, in particular if we add an analytics tool. Any change will be published on this page.
