1 / 9

This day trip connects two sides of the Souss Valley. In Taroudant, your guide leads you along the 16th-century ramparts and through souks known for leather, silver and spices. In Tiout, the pace slows for a Moroccan lunch in the kasbah followed by a walk through the palm oasis. A roadside stop near the argan trees is possible when goats are present, although sightings cannot be guaranteed.

How the experience unfolds
